Some accommodations are spread over a mezzanine, which adds a bit of height where square meters are scarce.
In the morning, the buffet offers hot croissants, pastries, fresh fruit, and a few savory options for bigger appetites. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but the hours work well for both late risers and early birds: on weekends, you can still sit down to eat at ten o'clock.
One detail to know before booking: the property does not have private parking. In this part of Nantes, that is not really a drawback, as the tram drops you at the door and the city center can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
At the end of the day, the banks of the Erdre are only 800 meters away, an easy escape before heading back out to explore the Passage Pommeraye or the Machines de l'Île.
A tip for weekend breakfast: better not linger too long after 9:30 a.m., as the room fills up quickly before the flea market opens right across the street.
