People come here for the unbeatable location. The station is literally across the street. The Château des Ducs can be reached on foot in a few minutes, as can the cobbled streets of Bouffay and their terraces. The green line of Le Voyage à Nantes runs two hundred meters away, a thread to follow to visit the city without having to think about the route. From some rooms, you can even see the LU tower.

As for parking, you have to make do with the public parking lot right across the street, for a fee. It’s not ideal for those who were hoping to park for free in front of the hotel, but being on the other side of the street at least saves you from circling the city center in search of a spot.
